One round blue-steel bread mould. Before first use, heat the mould at 100°C once or twice and wipe clean while hot. Grease it, then bake upside down for 2 hours at 180°C to let excess grease escape. Wipe with a dry cloth after removal and grease again. Grease before every use; clean while warm with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive sponges or store in damp places, such as a cold room.
