Blue-steel biscotte loaf pan. Before first use, heat the mould at 100 °C once or twice and wipe it clean while hot. Grease it and bake upside down for two hours at 180 °C so excess fat drains. Wipe dry and grease again. Grease before each use. Clean while hot with a dry cloth; do not use an abrasive sponge or store in a damp place.
