One blue-steel baking sheet with straight raised edges. Season before first use: heat to 100°C and wipe while hot, repeating twice; grease and bake upside down for two hours at 180°C, wipe after removal and grease again. Lightly grease before each use. Clean hot with a dry cloth; do not use water or abrasive sponges. Store dry; moisture or incomplete drying can cause rust. Length: 600 mm; Width: 400 mm; Height: 20 mm; Thickness: 1.5 mm
