Delivery charges within Saudi Arabia
- Riyadh city: free delivery — SAR 0.
- Outside Riyadh city within Saudi Arabia: SAR 29 including 15% VAT.
No additional shipping surcharge, failed-delivery charge or reverse-delivery charge is added unless legally required or separately approved.
Estimated timing by product type
- Products physically in stock and eligible for sale: Riyadh 2–3 days; outside Riyadh within Saudi Arabia within 7 days.
- Special-order or non-stock products: estimated supply/delivery lead time of 40 days for Riyadh and 50 days outside Riyadh within Saudi Arabia.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. A stated lead time does not make a HOLD or unverified product eligible for direct sale. In-stock estimates do not apply to special orders, and special-order estimates do not apply to eligible in-stock products.
Before confirming an order
Give the GASTRONA team your city, address, quantities and site requirements. Review the estimated timing applicable to the product type and destination and unloading or installation scope in your quotation or order confirmation. Do not assume installation, lifting to upper floors or packaging removal is included unless specified in the agreed scope.
Receiving and tracking your order
For an order update, send your order or quotation reference to our team. At delivery, inspect package quantities and condition, and retain delivery documents and photographs of any damage to support your report.
Delay or delivery issues
Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. This process does not limit your statutory rights. The applicable estimate for the product type and destination is communicated before the order is completed. Your statutory rights in cases of delay remain unaffected.
