Stainless steel pressure cooker. The manufacturer describes a safety closure, a pressure indicator, a regulating valve and protection against pressure build-up when incorrectly closed. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction. When cooking on gas, flames must not extend beyond the base. On an electric hob use a cooking zone no larger than the base. Reduce the heat once the selected pressure is reached. The body is dishwasher-safe; never put the lid or sealing gasket in a dishwasher. Positions: 0 releases pressure, I cooks at 0.5 bar, and II cooks at 0.8 bar. Follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
