Reduce the heat once the selected pressure is reached. The body is dishwasher-safe; never put the lid or sealing gasket in a dishwasher. Positions: 0 releases pressure, I cooks at 0.5 bar, and II cooks at 0.8 bar. Follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
