Silicone relief mat for making patterned biscuit strips to line pastry rings. For the published biscuit-strip method: spread batter level with the pattern, freeze, spread the biscuit mixture, bake at 220°C for 10–12 minutes, unmould hot or cold, cut strips and line pastry rings. This is a method setting, not a maximum-use-temperature rating.
